Order Status
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see your order’s current status. For your privacy, we never show order details from an order number alone — the email check keeps your information safe.
Where to Find Your Order Number
Your order number is in the confirmation message we sent after you ordered, and in My Account → Orders if you checked out with an account.
What the Statuses Mean
Processing — we have your order and are preparing it; we dispatch within 1–2 working days. Completed — your order has been dispatched or delivered. Delivery across Pakistan takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.
