Zeest (zeest.pk/) keeps payment simple and safe. These are the payment methods we currently accept — this page only lists methods that are actually available at checkout.
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door, anywhere in Pakistan. Choose “Cash on Delivery” at checkout — no advance payment and no card details needed. Please keep the exact order amount ready for the courier.
2. Direct Bank Transfer
Choose “Direct Bank Transfer” at checkout and transfer your order total to the Zeest bank account shown on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email. Please use your order number as the transfer reference and send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp (+92 328 7081974) or by email so we can match your payment quickly. Orders are dispatched once the transfer is confirmed in our account, normally within 1 working day.
3. More Methods Coming Soon
We are adding debit/credit card payments and additional options. Until a method appears at checkout on zeest.pk/, it is not yet available — please never send payment to any account, wallet or link shared outside this website and your official order confirmation. Zeest's business also maintains accounts with international payment providers (including Payoneer, PingPong and nsave) for receiving business payments; these are business accounts of Zeest and are not a checkout option for retail orders unless listed above.
4. Payment Safety
- Zeest will never ask for your card PIN, online-banking password or one-time codes by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- Only pay the account details shown at checkout on zeest.pk/ or in your order confirmation email from support@zeest.pk.
- If anything about a payment request looks unusual, contact us first at support@zeest.pk or +92 328 7081974.
5. Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method as described in our Refund & Returns Policy: bank-transfer orders are refunded to the sending account, and Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.
