Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Zeest (zeest.pk/) and any purchase you make from us. Zeest is owned and operated by Haseeb Sajjad, Menhan, Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan. By browsing or buying from zeest.pk/, you accept these terms.

1. Products and Pricing

All products are modest clothing and accessories as described on their product pages. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price shown when you placed it.

2. Product Accuracy

We work hard to make product photos and descriptions accurate, including fabric, colour and sizes. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen. If an item arrives materially different from its description, you may return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or delivery to your address is not possible — and if you have paid in advance we will refund you in full. Please provide an accurate delivery address and a phone number you can be reached on; we are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer as described on our Payment Methods page. For bank-transfer orders, we dispatch after the transfer is confirmed in our account. Zeest also receives funds through payment service providers used by the business, including Payoneer, PingPong and nsave. Never send payment to any account other than the one shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

5. Delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Zeest name, logo, product photos, text and design of zeest.pk/ belong to Zeest (Haseeb Sajjad) and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Product brand names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse zeest.pk/, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, place fraudulent orders, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, Zeest’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item(s). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, and nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to orders placed after that date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed by contacting us at support@zeest.pk so we can resolve it with you directly; if unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan.
