This Privacy Policy explains how Zeest (zeest.pk/) — owned and operated by Haseeb Sajjad, Menhan, Kot Addu, Punjab, Pakistan — collects, uses and protects your personal information when you shop with us. By using zeest.pk/ you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Order information: your name, postal address, phone number, email address and the items you buy, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Account information: if you create an account, your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Contact information: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or phone, including your order number and the content of your query.
- Payment confirmations: for bank-transfer orders we receive confirmation of your transfer from our bank. We never see or store your full bank login, card PIN or online-banking credentials — we do not collect them.
- Technical information: standard cookies and similar data described in section 4 below.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to confirm orders with you by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve delivery issues.
- To send you order updates (confirmation, dispatch and delivery notices). We only send marketing messages with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
- To prevent fraud and misuse of our store, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations under the laws of Pakistan.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share only the information needed to fulfil your order and run our business:
- Courier and delivery partners receive your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel and contact you on arrival.
- Payment partners: Zeest receives payments through its bank accounts and through international payment service providers used by the business, namely Payoneer, PingPong and nsave, where applicable. These providers process payment information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- Authorities: we may disclose information where required by Pakistani law or a valid court order.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Our store runs on WooCommerce, which uses essential cookies to keep your cart working, remember items you viewed and complete checkout securely. These cookies are necessary for the shop to function. If we use privacy-respecting analytics, it is only to understand which products customers like, in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the shop will still work, but your cart may not be remembered between visits.
5. Data Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes under Pakistani law, and delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required. Support conversations are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query and maintain a record of the outcome.
6. Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to: see the personal information we hold about you; correct information that is wrong; delete your account and personal information (except records we must keep by law); or stop receiving marketing messages. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 7 working days.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on zeest.pk/ and restricted access to order records. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Please check back from time to time.
