EXCHANGE POLICY

The Exchange is applicable if:

1. You have issue with the Size, Stitching or Stuff upon receiving.

2. Garment should be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains & fragrances.

3. The tag on the product should be intact & the product should be in its original packaging.

4. Exchange requests should be informed to us within 36 hours of product delivery to the given address.


The exchange will not be applicable if:

1. The customer doesn't like the material even if the material is delivered as promised or the color of the dress slightly varies due to the Light or Mobile Setting effect of yours.

2. The product is used, worn, washed, damaged, or stained.

3. The original tags are missing from the product.


RETURN POLICY

Return is acceptable if the wrong or damaged product is sent to you mistakenly.
